on the bus. glad that my mind over matter thing is working good for at least the moment. feeling stressed about something or having the urge to drink. i say to myself, stress tends to go away and so does the urge. I have 2 family members who tend get aggressive if something goes wrong, swearing and just being asses. i don't want to be like them, so if the toilet gets clogged in my apartment. it sucks, i'm just gonna fix it.

Nice outlook to have, Vik….I can’t be around people like that. Sorry you have to deal with relatives being asses.
Still on, thank goodness. Yesterday at the store I about scoffed at the little airplane bottles near the register….like what’s the point?
