I tested positive for covid that's means 5 days of isolation I'm afraid I'm going to lose my mind. problem is I don't really have a numbers to call. I have a number of friends but I don't call people. I'm used to being so active. I don't feel to bad as of now. I'm seeing doctor for video appointment tomorrow to see I'm I can be get a script for paxlovid. We don't have online meetings any more here. I'm feeling pretty anxious right now.

There are online AA/NA meetings every hour. Just google online AA meetings and there are like 7 or 8 places that host them. It's a great place to get grounded if you start feeling anxious.

I didn't know but I'll check one out as soon I feel a little better. The maricle of it is I'm not worried about drinking, I know I'll be okay as far as that goes. I was able to get hold of someone I go to meetings with I didn't want people to worry about me. I also wanted to tell them they might be exposed. I'm feeling okay and looking at the positive I get a mental break from work. The other maricle is I'm not worried to much about having covid. God is ethier everything or he is nothing.

I had Covid last September and i had symptoms ( fever and a very sore throat ) for 4 days , i was also drinking all day every day during that , it was not smart but i still made it with no problems , my uncle was very high risk and he ended up in the hospital , my first door neighbor too ( who is also an alcoholic ) , they are both 100% fine now.

I'm doing about the same not that bad. I also had a root Canaled tooth abscess at the same time and I'm taking antibiotics for that until I can test negative and see the enodtist in about 10 days. My mouth hurts more than covid. My dads back home and doing better they gave him some anti viral treatment. I've not been easy to live with kinda ashamed the way I've been acting. im a real grouch when sick yelling and ranting. I'm feeling squirly from being cooped up and no meetings.
