Please Stay On The Sober Bus Pt 58
How 'bout a teddy bear picnic?

On the bus!
Happy Thursday!
This is something I wanted to share. I was bragging about the trees in our city the other day. This is a picture of my street facing my house (Blue one at the end). I love the trees on my street. I often sit on the front porch and look at the trees. I'm so grateful for my view.
I do the same from my front porch Dragon.
Aly, I hope you were/are able to make whatever decision you had/have to make. Sometimes, I find just sitting quietly by myself, I can sense the energy that each path holds and decide from there.
On the bus, coffee in hand.
Happy riding all!

Yeah, Dragon, on the WFH.
So many things would be better for employees if it had been an option for many, but then I can also see the boss point of view. It was very hard to get responses or to get things done remotely (for the customer) during lockdowns. It seemed many employees were emotionally 'checked-out' while working from home and I couldn't reach any supervisors. It was messy.
Here in Seattle a lot of the big tech companies have gone completely WFH, and the commercial Real Estate sits empty. It's a huge problem for all the businesses that had been created to support all those people in those offices. It doesn't seem like it will work, but again, messy.

On!,
I used to have hair like the guy on the left of PJ's pic but succumbed to age and had it cut shorter recently. Meh.
Nowhere nearly as impressive as the trees on STDragon's street but weirdly we have palm trees on mine. I was against them and still think they are wrong but to be fair they are doing well in all the heat we are having (it's 33°C or high 80s F today) This IS my pic of them from about a month ago. My place is top floor but facing the other way.

The city has a neat site where all the public trees are catalogued and you can look up your street on a google map and click on each tree to find out more information on it.
