spiritual awakening
I feel a changed man who realizes he never knew himself. Most of all whom just wanted peace and serenity, using drugs and alcohol to try and feel good. It only led to pain. I didn't know what I really wanted because I didn't know who i was. I still don't really know but I'm starting to learn.

I hear you. It took me being in recovery for awhile until it came to me that all I ever wanted and was searching for all those years was the serenity that comes from being comfortable in my own skin. What a concept!!!
