A while back I posted info about a bracelet that can be purchased to plant a tree in Australia....now we can do the same with these adorable Koala plush friends....of course I ordered one 'cause I'm a sucka, so I figured I would share since we were discussing our stuffed animal toys....it's from "Lets Regrow Australia" if anyone is interested....hopefully it's not a scam!

The only thing is they don't say who they are. That is a worry in my books.

One of my friends has a small obsession with those 4oceans bracelets...I'm not sure I'm a believer in that company either. I'm a really awful cynic when it comes to alleged charities, though. I'd rather go plant a tree or pick up trash at the beach.

Aly, my wife bought a used VW Jetta in the nineties from a woman whom had moved from the Bay area. It didn't have AC, and she said living there it really wasn't needed. How times have changed.

Yes, the mask requirement has been lifted as of yesterday. There is something about proof of vaccination or signing a statement about being vaccinated. I am not sure of the in's and out's yet. I am a bit anxious about all of it but have one more week to get a grip .....

It's funny because suddenly kids are wearing masks, but they didn't for the first nine months of this. So weird, the whole thing.

Purps, you try to do the right thing more than anyone I know. I hope it's not a scam, but if it is, your intentions are good. Love you! 💟 That's too bad about some of the charities and the scams. I get a lot of political stuff too and I'm sure most of those are scams too.
SG, funny, a long time ago when I got out of college in Florida and moved back to CA via Chicago, my first car I bought didn't have a/c either. You are so right, times have changed and we're hotter, at least here in the Bay Area. Although if you live in S.F., you really don't need a/c except once in a blue moon. I don't remember the summers being this hot before. It got to almost 110 degrees yesterday. That is hot. They say it will be a little cooler today, but it's still in the hot category. 💙
