Back again after another relapse after another horrible relationship break up and this time i think i have overdone it. I am 15 days in on a heavy binge this time and i have had constant diarrhea, despite not eating almost anything, up until two days ago when i started having severe constipation and now when i pass stool, there has been blood in the bowl. Not much and nothing on the feces itself, but my sphincter is hurting like hell afterwards. Have i gotten a fissure or what is going? I have had ulcers before but since i am not in any pain in the upper tract idk what it is. I know that this is not a medical forum where to ask for medical advice, and neither am i doing so either. I was just wondering if anyone of you guys have had the same because i am freaking out a bit over this and need a shoulder.

Hi and welcome back the random potato. As scary as it is, the only way you really gonna have answers is to see a medico, man.

It may be something simple like piles, or just the results of several days of diarrhoea and...well...frequent wiping.

Get it checked out.

Thanks i plan to. Just had a bowel movement and thought i was going to pass out from the pain afterwards. Think i might have contracted fissures from the constant diarrhea.

Fissures caused by the constant diarrhea from... You know what... Was like passing barbed wire. Well i'm off back to square one again. Feel so low right now..
