After one day sober

Although I didn't sleep well I already feel better. My anxiety and depression are a thousand times better. I'm not as bloated and generally feel better. The liver area pain is still there, I'm noting it more because I don't have the anaesthetic effect of alcohol.

Great job!!!! It will keep getting better- I had a non-linear process but absolutely on a better trajectory as I stayed sober.

One day is terrific, Softdrinks. It's sad how we think alcohol is helping us cope with things - when ultimately it just makes us more anxious, irritable, & less able to handle what comes our way. No more!

Well done soft softdrinks, you're up an running. Lack of sleep is a common denominator for many of us unfortunately but it will get better.
