Is it acceptable to go to ER?

I've been battling stomach pains, and I'm just done with it... my alcoholism. I'm weak, tired, malnutrition... if I have a friend drive me up to the hospital to the ER can they help? Is that acceptable? I did drink tonight, hence the reason I won't drive myself... but I need help.

I'm working on it, texting a friend to see if he can take me.. I've been drinking, obviously I refuse to drive. I need help.

Well that went to crap, the one friend still awake I told him I wanted to go to ER and explained why and all he responded with was "I see" and nothing else

I'm not sure where you live - is a taxi or an ambulance an option?

I think an ambulance would be over the top, but no taxi where I live. Maybe an uber? not sure I'd have to check.

If an ambulance seems like overkill, the bottom line is it's your call.
Depends on how concerned you are and how badly you feel.

If you can Uber a lift, it might help set your mind at ease.

I mean I don't feel horrible.. stomach pains I've had, but it's not horrible.. mainly I just need help... detox, medically check out and I have other issues.

Try to stay calm - help it on its way.
You'll be OK

I believe it's always best to be safe than sorry.
Glad your cat is keeping you company.

She's a pain in the butt... but I love her... because of her, I get to think of my mom who passed way back in October. She found my cat needing adopted, and a few days later I adopted her. Because of my mom, now when I love on my cat, I get to think of my mom.......
