I'm on the Soberbus this Friday morning

Has anyone else had these espresso shots to add to your coffee? They have them at 7-11 with the creamers & sweeteners at the coffee station; sometimes I'll grab a couple to take to work and just drink them straight.....I'm such an addict!

Oh dear. I'm still not drinking any Coffee or Tea in the mornings until around 10:30am. I recently switched to a high caffeine brand and now Purps has me considering a stop at 7-11 this morning....

I drink two large mugfuls of oily French Press in the morning and that's it for the day. Weekends I will have one mid morning as well. I should really try and stay off electronic media after 9pm to get the benefit. Hey ho.
