2nd day sober

I got through yesterday but was very depressed an anxious. Today I feel a bit better, I am having live pain and my heart has a bit of pain. I also have sweats and red hands. Having my bloods done today.

Good job on 2 days. Glad you are going to the dr. Staying sober is the way to get thru this toughest part.

I think it's normal to feel nervous about going to the doctor in this situation.

Congrats Dexter. I felt a lot of depression and anxiety too in that first week, but it started to lift after two weeks. Hang in there. Glad you're getting checked out.
