Good morning!
Haven't checked in for almost two months. I lurk about every few days or so. Been doing pretty good, not even sure how many days I have sober and quite honestly don't care anymore!
As a few know, I was diagnosed this past summer with type 2 bipolar, so the efforts I used to put into sobriety are know focused on that. I've taken up some new healthy hobbies: trying to teach myself to flyfish (harder than it looks!) and I've ramped up my journaling and have even began writing a book of my memoirs or a series of short essays... not sure yet. It may even have some cheesy poetry!
Otherwise, trying to stay as active as possible, both physically and mentally. Our new place of worship has really been an encouragement to me. Not out of the woods yet, but at least I can see the clearing! Just remember that there is life after addiction. It can be done if you want it!
So how is everyone else?
