Dee iv tried Aa for iver5 years iv had a year 9 months 8 months etc but I have life situation that makes it impossible for me to get to meetings. This is not an excuse it’s my reality. Feel trapped and at the end of my hope tbh
if you don't want to drink you're gonna have to work for that i think?
You could try online meetings - and why not come here to SR and post beforehand so we can talk you out of drinking
Don't lose hope. There is always hope
Sometimes it takes a new approach is all

Someone once told me that if i put in half the effort in getting sober as i did getting drunk, i'd have a good chance of making it long term.
In the end it's a very simple equation. You have to want to be sober more than you want to be drunk. You're not hopeless. If I can do this, anyone can.
Stop beating yourself up and hang out here all day and find some strength.
I'm glad you're back.

Well it’s all gone now I am scared of the anxiety and depression that’s coming and the hell of cravings. Thanks see n bulldog. I just must be so stupid I v been here I know how it feels yet I do it again. Getting a take away and going to try relax with a movie don’t suppose I will sleep tonight again
How are you doing Eve?
A movie sounds like a great idea, maybe eat some snacks and drink plenty of fluids. You know the 1st day will be hard, but you can do this! Maybe a hot bubble bath and some sleep....things will look better tomorrow. Hang in there, and as others have said, you never have to go through this again!!
Blessings

One question: how are you getting your alcohol If you can't go to meetings?
For meetings, you could walk, bike, take a bus, or ask another AA member to pick you up.
I don't go to AA, but if I lost my sobriety you can bet I'd have my butt back in those chairs again. It's what you do when you need help.
It's cheaper than alcohol too.

It is so much easier to simply not buy alcohol.
