Hello again !..
June 1st brings my annual quit day and I'm grateful to say this is my 9th year of sobriety with out a SINGLE DROP of alcohol..
It has been a life changing event as I previously through the years posted...not all over the top..I feel my person has changed and I've really withdrawn from social life. I don't know if one can call it normal or not but for the time being it is what it is...
I've also taken up running a mile a day every morning at dawn and have done so for over 3 years...every single day rain or snow..and at 62 this year I feel fitter than the average individual of my age..
My wife is still cancer free after our issue of a couple years ago..
Anyways for those struggling God bless...make the life changing/saving commitment and enjoy this wonderful journey as it was meant to be
