Thoughts for Today
What are you thinking today? How are you going to move forward to a healthier lifestyle? Thoughts, poems, revelations, tips, etc. Anything to encourage your fellow man to succeed.

My thought for today is life feels better sober

It is nearing the end of the day here. I am exhausted and so looking forward to a natural, non alcohol induced sleep! I sleep so much better. Perfect.

I try to hit every day now with the attitude that there is nothing I can't face anymore now that I am sober. Some days are certainly a lot harder to face than others, but I know i'm far better prepared than I was when I was drinking.
