jus t really need support
It sounds like your pain is intense right now but you are also healing.
I have had to remind myself that I have a disease that has been destroying my body, mind and soul.
I am so thankful for every day I do not drink.
It is hard to get through the first week. I rested and took a lot of naps.
Now that I have 14 days sober I am starting to feel well and hopeful
You can get through this. Keep posting and know that others understand and care about you

We are all with you. Be kind to yourself and don't force yourself to do anything stressful. Literally do anything that takes your mind off drinking. Time is your friend...the longer your body goes without alcohol, the better you will feel. Best to you❤
Remember that this discomfort and pain is temporary. You will soon come out the other side and feel better. Remind yourself of this fact as much as you need to. And remind yourself that you're strong enough to stay the course because you are.
sweating buckets and trying to stop thinking. it's not that i'm thinking of drinking its just i keep beating myself up and telling myself i'm a horrible person for relapsing and getting to this point again- i've let everyone around me down again and everyone is fed up with me including myself. i'm so sorry but no one wants to hear it.
So Tiffany, are you ready to surrender? If so, you never have to go thru this crap again. Helps to have a solid recovery plan in place. It may not look like it now, but things WILL get better, but only if you decide to quit for good. I wish you well.
This can be your fresh start, I know the first few days suck, it you can get through them. If you are having strong physical symptoms head to the ER, they can he,p you with symptoms.
I have found checking in daily, and reading and posting on this site to be extremely helpfu, it is the biggest part of my recovery plan. The monthly classes are great because you will connect with others at the same point in their journey, you should join the March of 2018 class. The 24 hour thread is another great place, it is a caring community where everyone supports each other through the tough days, and celebrates the good.
There are also lots of options for face to face support: AA, SMART, Life Recovery, inpatient centers, and intense outpatient, Women for Sobriety is another group, both online and in person.
You can do this!!!

The second part of prayer is faith.
Once the prayer is said, believe that it will be answered. If it is God's will (which, sobriety is definitely in that category) then your prayer will be backed up by God. You have the power, so make use of it.
Do the next right thing and stay on that path. Have you thought about AA meetings? The program of AA helps to heal from those thoughts you are having.

Hey, stop beating yourself up with the guilt and shame...... Fix the drinking issue first then work on the other things as they can wait for now. All this is fixable with sobriety and a little time.
Tomorrow the 25th is Palm Sunday I'll grab an extra palm and keep it in my car as a reminder to pray for you so you will have the strength to kick the drinking for good. You got this girl.
I’m sorry you are feeling so bad. You know you can make sure you never feel this way again right? It really is as simple as to just stop drink once and for all. No matter what method you use you have to just stop drinking.
I know you are hurting. It will pass if you stop poisoning yourself with booze.
