Today marks 50 days and I'm feeling proud of that, wasn't sure I could do 50 hours at the start.

I don't feel like I am anywhere near through this yet though. Physically I'm much better but mentally and emotionally things still feel very much like a rollercoaster. Lots of challenges to come I'm sure.

But 50 days, that's not a bad start I think.

At the 50 day mark I was the same as you. My mind seemed to have taken the brunt of the abuse. It took me quite a while to straighten out.

I found that exercise really helped.

And no, you're in for it for another month or so, then its a much more relaxing and peaceful experience.

50 days is awesome. Just keep putting one foot in front of the other.
