As I posted on another thread I had a bit of a test last night after work when my colleague who I always used to drink with after work asked me to join her and I said no and went straight home. There was a few seconds of hesitation, but I fast forwarded to this morning and I am so happy I said no.
Waking up with a clear head, clean mouth and being able to drink a cup of tea without gagging feels amazing!
Two more sleeps until the first week completed!
