Congratulations on making a positive change in your life. I have found that posting lots here and reading has really helped me. There is plenty of support here if you feel you need to reach out.

seems crazy. 19 was the most I managed since I started 15 years ago
and that was 12 short of a planned dry month with a drink day in sight.
