I'm about to Withdraw
That is good to hear. Please do yell if you feel the need. It's really not an uncommon issue for someone to see the doctor or urgent care about so don't feel ashamed or afraid. I personally tried to tough it out and ended up being taken to the ER by a coworker that I was in a meeting with.
Let's please stay away from direct medical advice folks, Dee brought this up before. Fluids and electolytes are essential but none of is can know if they will prevent seizures or not in themselves.

My body feels incredibly heavy is what I mean. Everything feels so heavy. And I just had my first real massive stab of anxiety.
So I'm just gonna focus on my breathing for a while.
Thank you. <3 yes I came here pretty desperately and everyone's been amazing.

Hi, stargazer.
I will join the others who have suggested that you seek medical attention. Withdrawals are serious business; a trip to the ER or your doctor's office for a status check on your various blood levels, heart rate, blood pressure, electrolyte balance, etc. would be a very good step.
Wishing you the very best.

Medical care would have been great for the worst of it.
Star I believe you are just getting started, correct? So if you're advising medical care you might want to take your own advice. Why suffer? Have one of your roommates take you to Urgent Care. Or call a cab.
My experience, which unfortunately is vast, is the first 3 days are pretty wicked. I guess the first 24 is the worst, for me, but that isn't the case for everyone. Hang in there.

Hey everyone. I'm alive and sober. I have drank water. I haven't eaten. I've been moving between my bed and the tub. The sensations going through my body are difficult to describe. I've had stabbing pains, anxiety, restlessness and incredible edginess. I'm very weak.
I do not know if I am improving I just know I'm not drinking.
Thanks for your support.
