Garry Marshall " Don't Be Boring Don't be your Father" prayers to a lovely man of wit and laughter and life. he gave us so much for so many years..
I got to met him in the 1990's when they were visiting Milwaukee and had lunch by us at Miss Kate's Dinner... I bought their lunch .. he wanted to know what I wanted back.. I put my hand on his shoulder softly and said not a thing .. just a smile in return... he looked at me and said My Mother would said you have a good heart.. and I did Shirley Finneys voice in Thank you.. we all laughed so hard.. he never knew my 20 pages of life went to him for that show.. I can play on you tube for ever and laugh at how he did life for 2 single girls living in Milwaukee.. Linda P and Ardy Q.. and our adventures in life.. she was just floored when Linda saw the first show.. called me on the Phone Ardith Ann what did you do.. I had no idea did not have a TV at that time. ahhahahahahhah the big L on her clothes will live forever and the Lone Wolf the Big ragu and Squigman will live forever in fails and food and laughter and dance. with two great bits of pretend.. from real life.. sorry .. he was a very nice man and gentle heart... played a terrible game of golf.. ardy

Love the Peanuts quote Stratergy. I am weaning myself off of a website that proclaims to be "Feminist." But it is nothing more that a mean-girl gossip site where women tear each other down instead of holding each other up. I used to get intoxicated while posting. Now if I forward an opinion and it gets a snarky reply I simply move on. But actually "moving on" for good is the goal. Thank You for bringing this resolve to mind.
