Today -- I face these things head on and sober.
2,997 days without a drink today.
Getting ready to head out for my Dad's funeral.
I will probably do a little public speaking today.
In the old days I would have had a good buzz on for this.
Not today though, I face these things head on and sober.

Sorry to hear about your Dad, Bob. I lost mine a little over a year ago and know how much it hurts. I had to learn to deal with grief sober and it was a tough, but ultimately rewarding experience.
