Been in a slump -- too much coffee and nicotine. I cut way back and feeling much better. Problem is my addictive behaviors hard to hold the coffee down to one or two cups a day usually end up drinking 5 or 6 mixed with plenty of nicotine. Cold turkey is what always seems to work best for me. But, it ain't no easy ride ! MB |

I just tried that (here on site counter) for the first time NoelleR wow - it also has heartbeats without booze added that's 256716962 sober heartbeats for me a while ago. I had better go back to counting days - dang - it's hard to read that ! MB |
