occasionally I just like to count days sober - Pt 2
265!
Very grateful today; feeling the blessings of sobriety!
Off to the dentist this morning....when in my drinking days would have felt ill, tired, anxiety ridden, and very likely would have cancelled and rescheduled again.
Now I'm doing what "people" do, keeping my commitment and taking care of myself.

Well, I'm at 101 days today but after seeing how so many people have several hundred to thousands of days, it really doesn't feel like much of a success right now. I mean, I know 101 days isn't bad but just a drop in the water compared to you guys. John
Congratulations John on your over 100 days of sobriety that's fantastic glad to see you posting here Bob
John, I felt the exact same way when I first started posting here at about 30 days sober. I used it as a motivation to keep on the sober path. We ALL started with a Day 1. I remember being so happy just to get a week, a month, a year, etc. Somehow those days just keep piling up and before you know it you'll be the one folks ask "how did you get so many days?"
