Just holding myself accountable - 2 days
I need to post that I've been 2 days off the vodka, so I can hold myself accountable to everyone else who is doing what needs to be done.

keep doing what you have been doing
and
learn how to build a healthy sober tool belt.
Not saying that this is what you need to do
but
this is just a part of my sober tool belt.

exercise (occasionally)
bicycle riding
hiking
wife makes healthy foods

So true fjd we always think we can just have one... and maybe it will be just one on day one but it always builds up to two and then so on.
Iv'e tried this many times because we are a culture of drinking and I was just like everyone else when I went out but they didn't know my cupboards are stacked with empty bottles.
