Lately I have found myself not trusting people and even my high power. Not sure why, but it's seems I question the intentions and actions of many people that I come in contact. I guess that some of my feelings come from fears that I thought I had already dealt with. Anyone here ever regressed to the point that you had to re-face some of the fears that went away after working through the steps. Any advice for dealing with fears again. I will be discussing this with my sponsor. That in itself will help me trust, since I will reach out for help and trust that I will receive it.

I think fear is at the base of a lot of our problems.

I think speaking with your sponsor is a really good idea - not sure where you are in the steps?
