I saw my doctor again tonight. She gave me pills for anxiety. She just wanted to go gradually and wait to see if I have any side effects from the sleeping pills before adding another prescription. Thanks for caring

I'm on day 3 here. (I've been on day 3 many times)....
I tried tapering off last week - and got so drunk on Sat night that I nearly put myself into ER on Sunday cause I was so ill ......
My poison was also a bottle of red every night (a lot of the time - more than 1 bottle .... but never any less) ....
Hang in there - you can do this.
