Jeni, I'm so sorry to hear you lost your father. I'm glad the two of you were able to connect before he died.
We come here from every background imaginable, but sharing the common bond of wanting to achieve sobriety and live in recovery. I'd be willing to bet we were nearly as universally bound by the sense that we were all alone.
How magnificently wrong we were. Again, heartfelt thanks to everyone; I remain so deeply touched by your kindness.
