I'm genuinely glad things are better Dave
You know where we are if/when you need us.

Working a very physical job. Even harder hungover. Maybe time to heal up or rest or whatever. I know you guys are all about total abstinence but I do the best I can.

If the time stamp I see for your post is correct, it may just be that many folks were sleeping when you posted. I know I was.

Well it was pretty late when you posted, PLUS it is now the middle of the work day for many I wouldn't take it personal lol.

I used to work a hard labor job (concrete) and many times used to do it hungover. Which really sucked. I remember one time I was sweating profusely and the dude next to me was like "You must be a drinker" and I was like "What makes you say that" and he goes "because you smell like alcohol when you sweat" .... So that was awkward . So very fortunate that I do not have to worry about that anymore.

Welcome back though dude. I just came back as well, after a long hiatus

You did hit the forum at a time when a lot of people are asleep Dave, glad you were able to check in. Yes, you are correct that we are about abstinence here, but that doesn't mean you don't belong. If drinking is causing you problems again quit for a bit and see how things go.

yeah manual labour and boozing the night before do not mix.
Hope you can use the responsibility of your new job as leverage to quit Dave
