I can do this!!! I did a drink here and there and was okay for a few weeks, but got so wasted and blacked out, yet again!!!! Was a complete idiot!!! But I'm done trying to fit in!!! No more alcohol not even one!!!! I can do this!!!! Today will be my new beginning!!!! I'm tired of feeling like this the guilt, anxiety, and the embarrassment!!!

That's how I felt the last time I drank. I never picked up again - I was that disgusted with myself. Sometimes we have to reach that point. You can definitely do this justme. We're with you.

I had the same experience last weekend. I feel like I am done forever this time. So tired of feeling horrible physically and emotionally and the only way to stop that is to stop drinking for good.
