Calling them would give you someone to talk to and help work through this. Going to a meeting would put you in the company of others who understand what you are going through. If you can't get into rehab today that is better than nothing.

yeah. will call. need to chase up my care worker. going to have to get some things out of the house and find somewhere to keep them. will need to find a new home for cats. at least for now i'm under a dry roof and i have a bed to sleep in and there's some food downstairs if i feel ok to eat.
