Bouts of tiredness.
we all react differently Lion. Are you eating properly and getting fluids?
Our bodies are going through a kind of change of life after we quit drinking.
My body chemistry was screwed up from drinking too much for too long. It takes time for it to reset and find it's happy place again. It took me several months before I felt really sort of normal again. Don't lose faith.

Hi Lion of Judah. yes, i am experiencing that also. been sober 10 days now and just recently i've been noticed that i'm really feeling wiped out at times. its weird because I do feel better and have more motivation and energy overall but all of the sudden i just feel extremely tired at the end of the day. I guess our bodies have alot of healing and readjusting to do after abusing them. It will be interesting to see how i feel in a few months. i have a feeling i'll drop some weight and feel a thousand times better mentally and physically. Good luck on your journey friend.
I was the same. Can especially relate to the sleeping for 12 hours thing.
It helped me to remember that I was also tired ALL THE TIME when I was drinking, so the lethargy during early sobriety wasn't anything new. I had been tired for years!
