I was in a minor car accident and have to go to a hearing. No alcohol involved and no injuries but just stressfull and testing my sobriety.

The last time I was in trouble was in when I was in the the Marines for a bar brawl and it's bringing back old memories.

Tough guys need hugs too. Probably more because they don't ask. I can just feel myself slipping.

I recently got triggered when I had to appear for jury duty. The event that triggered me was 45 years ago, so I get it that you are having bad flashbacks. Police, judges, attorneys.

You'll come out okay. Be honest and humble.

Long story short I rubbed bumpers with a car going around a turn. The officer was young and over the top. Maybe my life has been too simple the last couple months but for some reason that made me want to dive in and get western.

I memorized this prayer
early on in recovery to use
and say at anytime or anyplace.

Saying this gave me a sense
of peace and calmness so that
