Paws and Food ?
Paws and Food ?
Hi I know I keep posting questions but just trying to make sense of my symptoms during recovery .
I've noticed that my paws sympoms are usually present when I wake up , anxiety , depression , foggy head, exhaustion etc .
However when I've ate a decent health breakfast they go mostly away.
Then at around 5pm before dinner they come back ..
During eating dinner I can feel very dizzy but about 30 mins after my meal I feel fine with hardly any symptoms .
Has anybody else suffering from paws noticed any pattern with food ??
By the way I've had a better day today , best in months, still feel a little not write but better . Hope this lasts
Thanks guys

Just a guess, but alcohol has a lot of sugar. Your body is probably looking for that, and once you eat and your body starts processing it, your blood sugar is back to normal.
Wouldn't hurt to check with a doctor, too, though.

I agree with you, my body change after I gave up drinking..
I had awful PAWS symptoms and I really thought that it would never end. I needed it to eat small meals several times a day. My body changed and my blood sugar was and still is different.
It was all over the place.
For me, just by eating something small can stop some of the anxiety, sugar shakes on the inside! helped with the lack of concentration, also it helps a little with my brain fog.
