Celebrating 1 year sober today!
I want to thank the wonderful SR community for your kind suggestions and support.
Finally, gave myself a chance and avoided picking up at all costs. I have been a much better husband and father. Clouds of depression have slowly parted. Still get down but realize these moods change from one day to the next. I feel very fortunate as a new day approaches.
Many blessings to us all. Prayers for those struggling to get sober.
