Off to rehab for the first time tomorrow a.m.

Probably should have happened at least ten years ago. Going in with an open mind and hoping to come back stronger. Huge thanks to all of the great people here for your support & advice over the years. I'm going to a rehab center for alcoholism on my own accord, hoping I'll still have my job to go back to when I come back. Talk to you all in x28 days and huge gratitude..xx..

Bravo in that it was your decision. I had to be made to go, but I am better for it as I am sure you will be too. Just enjoy the "time off" and recuperate.

You are taking a great step. I also attended a 28 day rehab, and I had a great experience. Take your "tool box" you will fill it with a lot of the "tools" you will need when you get back to the world. Try to keep journal of your time there..I look back on it often. Keep an open mind too.

I'm wondering whatever happened to you, MercurialMe.

I found your threads by searching "milk thistle," so I started reading your journey.

I hope you are still OK!
