Some suggest that Whistling While You Work will help you avoid paralysis of analysis. Maybe the Seven Dwarfs had it right all along?
Of course, if we want to get deep into parallels between Disney and Recovery I would take a closer look at The Wizard of Oz. Just like the Lion, Tinman, and Scarecrow, I am guessing Paulos you have everything you need already. There is no great Wizard behind the curtain - just plain life and the gold is right inside of you already.

Sigh I wish I knew ya all in real life, my neighbors scare me, like today they spooked me with some minor threats, cops are always at their building, Briarwood Condominiums in Honesdale... the eyesore of the town- I'm not saying they're indecent but it's not right to say "F off you f ing f***ot" just because the person was having a bad day to me.
