Congrats on 5 months Paulos. Finding something to do is not a function of where you live, it's a function of your attitude. Go to a park you've never been to. Check out a book you've never read. Plant a flower you've never seen. Eat something you've never eaten.

It sounds like you have too much free time on your hands.
I'd get bored and sad too with little to do.

If you aren't working, what about helping other people or doing some community service?
Getting out of yourself can really help with depression.
