Checking in on my birthday..My last post was a year ago..Today I have 5 years sober..nary a drop..God Bless

Thanks everyone for the kind words. I have much to say about the past term but I'm just not ready yet..what I will say is in spite of the obvious health benefits there has also been extensive other changes..I don't want to call them negative although that's what they turned out to be.. the determination of finding sobriety has brought about extreme reclusiveness and depression. I sometimes find myself wondering which is better..I know the real answer but that's all I'll say about this at this time..if anyone is interested read about PAWS (many of you already are familiar with this condition)..God bless you all..I wish you health and determination
