sleep has improved .

I think the reduced caffine did the trick .

I also quit drinking so much water in the evenings ,I got in that habit in the drinking days to ward off a hangover

I don't drink coffee any more but when I did I'm not certain that it kept me awake but the then that's just me.

early on when I was going to meetings every night I would drink the brew. found myself wide awake until late. Then I started carrying my water with me. Coffee made a huge difference in my sleep habits.

That's the first decent nights sleep ,I have had in a very long time .

And I did not take any of my prescribed meds -for sleep ,or any OTC stuff either .

Karate - Sounds like your body is starting to heal and stabilize. So glad to hear you are getting better.

Cool, glad you are feeling better. I see you say you've quit drinking as much water at night. However, perhaps drinking water in the morning will make things even better. I found the link below very interesting, and there is plenty more information around on this, but here is a basic link of info about the benefits of drinking water in the morning:

It's a good thing for all of us sober folks, because not surprisingly, to reap the benefits you aren't supposed to drink alcohol the night before. Makes sense....

I drink a lot of water through the day .

Being hydrated is good ,For all body functions
