day 2

Well i managed to make it a whole day yesterday without drinking, which I am proud of, but iI have woken up today feeling like crap, I'm hopefully off to see the Dr later today, so I'm hopefully off to see the Dr today so I'm going to try and stay as positive as possible, and just concentrate on making it till the end of today.

Have a good day whatever your doing, and I'll check in again when I've finished work
