Well I am 5 weeks and feel really good, not without having my moments, but still alchohol free. The hardest times are when i am outside cooking on the grill, thats when i would have a Beer in hand. It might sound crazy but my new drink of choice is arnold palmer half/half ice tea. It gives the satisfaction of holding a tall can in my hand. Five weeks is awesome.
I had to quit grilling out because the beer/cookout connection was so strong.
I can count on one hand the times I've used my grill in the last three years. We do what we have to do to stay sober.
