As I was just re-reading the above cited article, at the second paragraph I looked down at the ring on my finger, someone gave me years ago, that I found just yesterday. It's a nickel ring which comes to a circle at the top. In the center of the circle is a bronze triangle. It reminds me: "I have a three-fold disease: body, mind, and spirit."
Times before, I felt ashamed to wear it. Now I'm proud to and I believe it will help keep me fresh.

Do you eat a lot of sugar? Sugar zaps me of all my energy. I think most people underestimate the power of sugar and how it makes us feel. I think sugar is as addictive as alcohol. I think if you can give up sugar (and wheat) for 5 days....just 5 days...I bet your energy will come back.
