How do you practice step 11? Practice any rituals. I just started getting back into prayer and meditation. I Fell away from it. Started meditating twice a day and also praying. I listen to a guided meditation 5 minutes twice a day. Just looking for ideas to improve. Life is good for the most part.

Directions for step 11 start at the bottom of page. 85 and runs for 2.5 pages. Very simple and easy to understand. And very worthwhile to practice.

- meditation
- creating an altar in my office and apartment
- walking in nature
- guided meditations & dharma talks online (Tara Brach podcasts and her website)
- aikido (martial art with strong emphasis on spirituality)

I am going on a 12 step retreat hoping to improve my conscious contact with God as I understand him. I am looking forward to deepening my spiritual connection (and the power to carry that out!) with this new experience.
