60 days today

Well its a start! I feel very good now. Sleeping and eating much better.
Lost a few pounds and the moods are much much better.
Thanks to all my friends on SR, the days roll into each other.
Could not have made it this far without 1. my wife 2. my kids and grandsons
3. the wisdom, support and comraderie of the fine people on SR.
When I first signed up, it was all about me. I was looking for help,
Now, I find it is more important to offer the support and friendship to the newcomers and veterans alike.
Anyway, Day 60. Not bad eh! (yes I am Canadian)
Enjoy your Friday. Saturday for our Auz and Kiwi buddies.
