trimethylglycine / TMG

Just curious if anyone has tried using this supplement to help with withdrawal and/or over all health.

I've heard that it helps in liver recovery/restoration.

IMO there hasn't been much conclusive reports on it, you can't be deficiant in it cus its not essential, can get plenty of it in the right food. There is speculation about improving liver function...but there is plenty of proven evidence of other supplements and foods that do that job too. I'd speak to your doc if you think you should be taking any supplements.

Just curious how far along you are with your sobriety. If it is still really early, and you are worried about withdrawals, you should consult a doctor. I experimented with some herbs and supplements early on but nothing beats willpower and acceptance.
