Day 25 Nightmares and ice cream
Day 25 and still alive! I'm not having trouble falling asleep anymore, but the bad dreams are still persisting. I can't seem to get enough ice cream though. You'd think my waist line would object, but I've actually dropped a pound or so. I'm still following SMART. I told myself on my birthday in January that it was "Year 23, better me." I broke on Day 28 earlier this year. If I can make it through Saturday, it'll be the longest I've been since I started abusing alcohol. I'm confident. It's also Day 55 without a cigarette. 23, better me indeed.
