Finally heading to my first meeting ...
I have been trying for over 6 months to quit drinking once and for all ... and honestly I need some help. I am attending my first meeting tomorrow at 8pm ... heading to a different town ... not sure what to expect ... but it's got to be better than what I've been going through ... Will report back tomorrow night with the results ...

not a bad idea. I found it pretty beneficial. I went to a meeting at antoher town as well. Oddly I ran into someone I new *sigh* I new he was an alcoholic but he didnt know I was. It was awkward at first but whatever.
