I totally hear you and you're not alone.
I too have OCD and also BDD and recently relapsed on booze............its hell trying to get off it again and i am being treated and supported so please don't do this alone if you can help it.
It always tends to hit me hard around day 2 and i start howling at the flippin moon.........i've cut loads of my hair off and been lost inside compulsions for up to 12 hours sometimes. Withdrawel always seems to make my symptoms much worse yet physical symptoms are minor.
