Like everyone has said , just dust yourself off. I'm no genius nor do I think I have all the right answers , but I know my thought patterns and have been trying to change them.

I would have in the past turned an episode like this against myself (or rather my AV) and used a seeming failure as proof of a unbeatable weakness, please don't make the mistake I would have in the past.

The prior eight days was proof that that is not the case.
