New Day, New Man
Greetings to all. My name is Ron A from Birmingham, AL. My sobriety date is 6/1/2013. Some may know me as Rufus, a forum poster from several years ago. I am here to enlarge my network of sober friends and to capture some of the good that I know resides here.
I drank 12/11/2012 and subsequently lost everything but my life which I am mighty grateful for. Working with a new Sponsor and living one day at a time. I make between 7-10 meetings a week and have my faith in God; he never left me.

Happy Monday. Completed 3rd Step with Sponsor last night and was given the go ahead to start work on my 4th. So ready to move forward one day at a time. Made some templates for the work and will begin later today on the Resentments. Otherwise healing slowly and participating in meetings daily.
